Linda L. Cade

Linda L. Cade, 68 of Potomac, Illinois, formerly of Hoopeston, passed away at 5:51 a.m. Sunday, November 8, 2015 at her daughter's home.
She was born on January 6, 1947, in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of Leroy and Marjorie (Tutwiler) Ellett. She married Jack Cade on February 11, 1965 in Danville, Illinois. He preceded her in death March 12, 1995.
Linda is survived by son- Chuck Cade of Potomac; daughter-Becky ( Jeff) Markwalder of Potomac; brother- Curt Ellett of Richmond, Virginia; sister- Connie Britt of Danville; and four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; special friend- Linda Bailey.
She is preceded in death by parents, husband- Jack and brother- Ronnie Ellett.
She graduated from Armstrong High School and worked for Danville Metal Stamping and CRADCO in Rantoul, Illinois.
Linda enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
A Celebration of Linda's life will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at Blurton Funeral Home, Potomac, Illinois, with Pastor Raymie Gordon officiating. Graveside service will follow at Floral Hill Cemtery in Hoopeston. Visitation will be Monday, November, 9, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Blurton Funeral Home in Potomac. Memorial can be made to Danville Cancer Center or Iroquois Memorial Hospice. The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Linda's life.
