Kaliyah Jade Nicholas

Kaliyah Jade Nicholas, infant daughter of Danielle Frazier and Michael Nicholas, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital, in Urbana.

She was born on November 4, 2017, in Urbana. Illinois. The daughter of Danielle Frazier and Michael Nicholas of Fithian.

She is survived by her maternal grandparents- Pam Hoskins of Danville and Keith Frazier of Potomac; paternal grandparents- Janet Eckstein of Rantoul and Gary Nicholas of Champaign; and four aunts- Christina Dombroskie of Danville, Alexis Nicholas of Champaign, Brianna Nicholas of Champaign and Martina Powell of Potomac.

She was preceded in death by her sister- Kadence Chanel Nicholas.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 24, 2017, at Blurton Funeral Home, in Potomac.  Burial will follow the service in Stearns Cemetery in Fithian.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
