David Edgar Rapier, age 33, a longtime resident of Plainfield, IL passed away peacefully on April 29, 2019 at his Plainfield home.

He was born on May 26, 1985 in Urbana, IL.

David is survived by his mother Nancy Rapier; nine loving half siblings; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Harold “Ray” Rapier; a sister, a nephew, and an uncle.

David will be remembered as being courageous and a brave fighter who, despite all… the challenges his life gave him, had a smile that was able to light a room. He will be deeply missed.

David’s family would especially like to thank all the caregivers that helped him so much throughout his life.
