Franky Lee Ruffin, 60, of Danville, passed away at 2:28 a.m. January 25, 2020, at VA Illiana Healthcare System, in Danville. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2020, at Danville National Cemetery, with full military honors conducted by American Legion Post #210.
