Jeffery Thomason Obituary

Jeffery E. Thomason, 66, of Danville, passed away suddenly at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center, in Danville.

Jeff was born on October 4, 1958, in Danville, the son of Glen and Ardell (Cline) Thomason.  He married Laura Becker on August 27, 1978, in Danville.  She survives.

He is also survived by his sons- Seth Thomason of Danville and Erik Thomason of Bismarck; grandchildren- Karlie, Kennedy, Lanie Jane and Carter Thomason; brothers- Larry (Kay) Thomason of Danville and Ralph Thomason of Bismarck; sisters- Joy Jenkins of Oakwood, Mary (Terry) Jenkins of Florida and Katie Thomason of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters-in-law and nephew- BJ Thomason.

Jeff graduated from Bismarck High School in 1976 and later earned a degree in Ag Mechanics from DACC. He worked as a truck driver for over 20 years. He loved mechanical work, fixing things, and was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Green Bay Packers. He cherished time with his family, especially his wife Laura.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation rites will be arranged. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
