Jeffrey "Jeff" Duane Brown

Jeffrey “Jeff” Duane Brown, 68, of Champaign, Illinois, died at Carle Hospital, Urbana, Illinois on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

Jeff was born at Carle Hospital in Urbana, Illinois on April 15, 1958, to Henry T. Brown Sr. and Lyllian C., nee McManaway, Brown.

Jeff earned a High School G.E.D. certificate in 1983.

Jeff worked for many years as a certified parts specialist in the parts department at the Hill Ford auto dealership in Champaign, Illinois.

Later in his life, Jeff also served as a caregiver for his younger brother, Brian Matthew Brown, until Brian’s death in 2022.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, mother, Lyllian C. Brown in 1981, father, Henry T. Brown Sr. in 2017, an older brother, Gregory E. Brown in 2000, a younger sister, Becky L. Brown in 2022, and younger brother, Brian M. Brown in 2022.

The cremated remains will be interred in a family cremation monument located in East Lawn Cemetery, Urbana, Illinois.
