Jeremy A. Irons

Jeremy August Irons, age 35, formally of Danville, Illinois, tragically passed away during the early evening on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023.

Jeremy was preceded by his son Holden Irons, sister Erica Irons, nephew Chase East, great-grandfather Augustus “Gus” Carlson, great-grandmother Letha Tender, grandfather James “Jim” Curry, grandparents JoAnn and Ernest Rutledge and his two aunts Patricia Smith and Vicky (Anderson) Irons.

Regrettably Jeremy leaves behind his fiancé Ariel Nelison, their four children, Luna, Lucian, Cleo and newborn Jeremiah Irons, Ex Wife Eliza Compton and their four children, Augustus, Cayden, Peyton and Gabrielle Irons, Jeremy’s father Charles R. Irons, mother Susan J. (Dale) Irons, brother’s Justin (Tabatha) and Joseph E. (Trudy) Irons, sister Elizabeth (Christopher) East and his many nieces and nephews.

Jeremy, a lover of all things outdoors, enjoyed working with animals, was an avid hunter and loved gardening.  He was talented enough to build or fix almost anything he had a passion for, especially rebuilding motorcycles. 

Those of us fortunate enough to have had Jeremy in their lives, know the only thing bigger than his personality was his heart and soul.
