Laura Ann Thomason, 65, of Danville, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, February 23, 2026.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be observed, and no services are scheduled at this time. The family has entrusted Blurton Funeral Home with arrangements to honor Laura’s life.

Laura was born on July 28, 1960, in Danville, the daughter of Harry and Phyllis (Morford) Becker. She graduated from Danville High School in 1978. On August 27, 1978, she married Jeffery Thomason in Danville. He preceded her in death on February 26, 2025.

Laura is survived by her mother, Phyllis Becker of Danville; her two sons, Seth Thomason of Danville and Erik Thomason of Bismarck; her brother, Kevin Becker of Danville; and her four cherished grandchildren, Karlie, Kennedy, Lanie Jane, and Carter Thomason.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Becker; her husband, Jeffery Thomason; and her brother, Jeff Becker.

Laura worked for Help at Home, providing compassionate home healthcare to those in the community. In her free time, she enjoyed antiquing, crafting, gardening, and spending time with animals, which she dearly loved.
