Mary Ellen Snyder age 78 of Englewood, Florida formerly of Hoopeston, passed away August 1, 2021, in Englewood.

Mary Ellen was born October 4, 1942, in Joliet, Illinois, the daughter of Walter & Marian Weber.

She married John Snyder on June 28, 1975.  He survives.  Mary is also survived by a daughter Raynae (Bill) Blair of Lafayette, IN, 3 grandson’s RJ Blair, & Hunter Blair, of Lafayette Indiana, & Brody Harper of Bowling Green, KY. Also survived by two sister's and 1 brother and a favorite cousin Vicky St, Myers.

she was preceded in death by her son-Rodney Theim.

Mary Ellen served in the United States Air Force.

She enjoyed dancing with the love of her life, golfing, painting, & playing games with friends.

Memorial graveside service to be held September 18, 2021 at 1:00pm, at Floral Hill Cemetery, in Hoopeston, with Military Honors conducted by The Hoopeston American Legion Post 384.  Memorials: Donors Choice

 The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home of Hoopeston.  Condolences may be shared with the family on her everlasting memorial page.
