Mary Jane (Moulden) Weathers

Mary Jane (Moulden) Weathers, 76, of Bismarck, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Carle Foundation Hospital, in Urbana, Illinois.

Mary was born on October 15, 1946, in Ambia, Indiana, the daughter of Henry and Margie (Cross) Moulden.  She married Terry Weathers on March 2, 1963, in Potomac.  He preceded her in death on August 31, 2018.

She is survived by two daughters- Doris (Mike) Pundt of Bismarck and Deanna (James) Whitlow of Potomac; one son- Andy Weathers of Bismarck; five grandchildren- Kayla (Rob) Harrier, Brandon (Katie) Pundt, Chyanna (Ross Lange) Pundt, Katie Whitlow and Jake Whitlow; seven great-grandchildren-Gracie and Conner Harrier, Reagan and Evelyn Pundt, Aiden and Piper Jeffers and Enleigh Lange on the way; one sister- Carolyn (Larry) Tuck of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother- Roger Moulden and sister- Christine Williams.

Mary worked at Mr. L’s, in Hoopeston, for 7 years, Creative Products, in Rossville, for 10 years and Stewart Grain Elevator, in Bismarck, for 12 years.  She enjoyed playing bingo, doing crafts and decorating for the holidays.  Christmas was her favorite time of the year.  She also loved having cook outs and spending time with her family.

A Celebration of Mary's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Blurton Funeral Home, in Potomac, with Pastor Dan Mikel officiating.  Burial will follow the service in Sunset Memorial Park, in Danville.  Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made in Mary's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.  The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Mary's life.  Condolences may be shared with the family on her everlasting memorial page at:  www.BlurtonFuneralHomes.com.
