Michael Wayne Gosser

Michael Wayne Gosser, 44, of Danville, passed away at 5:42 a.m. Friday, April 1, 2022, at Heritage Health, in Hoopeston.

Michael was born on November 18, 1977, in Danville, Illinois, the son of Gary and Nancy (Hickman) Gosser Sr.  He is survived by his mother; daughter- Ariel Nicole Gosser of Danville; brother- Gary “Bud” Gosser Jr. of Hoopeston; three sisters- Peggy Gosser of Perrysville, Indiana, Debbie (Jr.) Davis of Danville and Becky (Randy) Tomblin of Hoopeston; significant other- Sheila Rodriguez; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Michael enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and he loved animals.  He was a very laid-back person and enjoyed the simple life and spending time with his family.

According to his wishes cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the First Baptist Church of Hoopeston. 323 Seminary Ave. Hoopeston, IL 60942. The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Michael’s life.  Condolences may be shared with the family on his everlasting memorial page at:  www.BlurtonFuneralHomes.com.
