Randy L. Moreman Sr.

Randy Moreman Sr. passed away March 30, 2020, at Accolade Healthcare, in Paxton. Randy was the son of Kenneth and Marjory (Pletch) Moreman of Fairmount, Illinois, they preceded him in death. Also passed are a sister, Vickie Snack and her daughter Kelly Snack. Randy is survived by a son Randy Moreman Jr. of Danville; grandson Donovan Wade of Westville; brother Terry (Brenda) Moreman of Fairmount; nieces and nephew, Kevin, Kelly, Holly and Heather and five or six great nieces and nephews. Randy graduated from Catlin High School. Randy farmed with his father and hauled grain for Catlin and Homer grain elevators and for Pletch trucking of Fairmount. He later retired from Collegiate Cap and Gown in Champaign. Randy enjoyed riding around with the top down in his corvettes and was a lifelong Cardinal baseball fan. Randy enjoyed relaxing with friends and living with his wonderful best friend Merna Beals of Champaign, which preceded him in death about a year ago. The two were inseparable. Over the past few years Randy had suffered from a number of strokes, which he finely succumbed to. Randy will be sadly missed. Cremation rites will be accorded by Blurton Funeral Home.
